Shipping & Collection Information

STANDARD RATES

Delivery to Cabrini patient homes:
- Standard Items: $22 incl. GST
- Large/Bulky/Two-man Items: $44 incl. GST
Deliveries made as part of the scheduled daily Morning and Afternoon delivery runs to Cabrini campuses are free of charge
- Orders placed before 12pm - Delivered Same Day
- Orders placed after 12pm - Delivered Next Business Day

URGENT ORDERS

Urgent orders are defined as:
- Orders requiring delivery ASAP - Outside of daily delivery rounds
- Orders requiring Same Day delivery, which have been placed after 12pm - missing the cutoff for Same Day delivery
The applicable Cost centre will be charged the following delivery fees:
- Standard Items: $44 incl. GST
- Large/Bulky Items: $88 incl. GST (Double for two-man delivery)
The applicable Cost centre will be charged for any driver overtime required to make the delivery (eg. Order placed at 4.00pm, requiring a driver to work past 5pm)

COLLECTIONS:

Collection requests must be placed to ALTER immediately once equipment is no longer required: cabrini@alter.technology
- ALTER is not automatically notified when a patient is discharged
- The applicable cost centre will continue to be charged any hire fees until a collection request is logged

CANCELLATIONS:

ALTER must be contacted immediately regarding any cancelled orders: cabrini@alter.technology
Orders cancelled upon delivery may incur delivery fees charged to the applicable cost centre

AFTER-HOURS/WEEKEND/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
